      Yacht Charter & Entry*

      Charter yacht from Friday 7pm to Sunday 5pm. Includes berthing, race management fees and Liability Insurance. A DEPOSIT of £500 due by 15th May 2025 & the BALANCE due by 1st July 2025.

      ATYRA Annual Subscription £30.00*

      One subscription is due PER SCHOOL.

      ATYRA Initial Joining Fee £25.00

      A School entering for the first time will also pay a joining fee of £25.00 (one time only).

      Saturday Evening Dinner £57 plus wine (tables will accommodate a maximum of 10 crew members).*

      Note: Dinner in 2025 will again be at RORC. Arrangements for numbers and payment need to be made through the A.T.Y.R.A. Treasurer.

      Pay your deposit and annual subscription (unless already paid by standing order) with this application. Pay the balance by 1 July 2025. Cancellation policy: full refund of charter fee for any cancellation before 1 July 2025. The deposit may be paid by electronic transfer to the Arrow Trophy Yacht Racing Association bank account (on request).

      Please ensure that you use the school name as a reference when transferring. Fees may also be paid by CHEQUE to the Treasurer (address on request).
